DEP program and reckless driving?

I might be charged with reckless driving because of a accident that occurred tonight people were going in my driveway yelling **** you and throwing toilet paper in my front yard and honking the horns so i go into my car to follow them and they tried getting away and crashed into a parked car. Will i be kicked out of the DEP program if i receive this charge?
