I don't understand!!! Help!!?

Ok so I told this guy Jose I really care about I loved him. Then after that he turned around and asked this girl out Tracy that has low self esteem no joke! She kissed a guy just bcuz she put on too much lip gloss! I really do love him. I told him on myspace since I felt more comfortable doing it that way. I need help. What do I say to him. I don't know what to do, and he's going to go off with the wrong person. He asked her out but she didn't give him an answer. Pls pls help! What do I do?
