Gmail | Hotmail | Yahoo mail creator?

Need a bot that will create a load of email addresses for me. i don't mind entering the captcha for them (and before you ask i don't spam, i don't even understand why people spam. Is it to try and scam you for money) any how back on track. it needs to be freeware and needs to be able to create up to 100 addresses at a time. please help me !!!
