I want to know if call of duty 4 would run on my laptop?

i have a IBM thinkpad t42p with a 1.8GHz pentium m processor, 1.5 gigs ram, and a ATI fireGL T2/T2e AGP graphics card with 383 MB total shared memory, and has vista business edition.
