Do you think he likes me?

Ok, so this popular guy at school that i adored last year, has been acting like a jerk lately. I now have a boyfriend and no longer find him attractive and last week in homeroom, he asked me if i have f****ed my boyfriend and just kept being inappropriate and saying things that were uncalled for. What really drew the line was when he asked that same question directly to my boyfriend and he had an unexplainable look on his face and it made me uncomfortable. so in homeroom, he said something low and then asked if i had heard what he had said, and i said no and i told him off. I embared him, but it needed to be done. Ever since then, he's been nice to me and I can have an actual conversation with him. My family thinks that the whole reason he was embaring me, was cause he was jealous, that I clearly don't like him anymore, but idk. Any thoughts?
