I would not worry too much about the plug as your body regenerates this. As far as the drop goes it is a sign of labour coming soon but it is unknown when. If you start to see blood in your plug (just a tiny amount or pink discharge) that means labor is starting soon. If there is a lot of blood then you need to call the hospital. Usually any day after 37 weeks is full term.
