they are allowed sell them freely in shops or markets and its a disgrace, mainly its poor defenceless animals that are the target of the little hooligans that own them and i saw a programme on tv a while ago where a young girl got shot in the eye by one, the little ball went right through her eye and because of where it is positioned it cant be removed.
