Violation of an order of protection?

okay i have this friend that kind of has a major problem... i just recently went to nyc to visit him. he was telling me about how he has this problem with a guy that lives above him.this has been going on like forever....it all started out with this backward guy going back to his country (bangladesh) to marry another backwards lady...then all she does all day (and i'm not exaggerating trust me.i stayed there for exactly 3 days, and i got so tired of the noise that i rescheduled my flight and went back home)the scraping of chairs on the floor,hammering at unnseemly hours,running around,banging,etc.(the list goes on and on).he made complaints to the landlord several times, who tried to evict them but was unsuccessful.then they had two physical fights outside.my friend got an order of protection against him.but he still continues the noise....and tries to talk to him...WHAT CAN HE DO?
