Dear ladies/girls, opinion please...?

hi all..girls generally return my look...turn the head in an obvious manner....couple of them in the office keep track of when i move from around them and give a quick glance....there are frequent eye glances and the few more bold ones may prolong it.....and there are a few of them from office who stare regularly as we acknowledge each other's presence without introduction...i get plenty of eye contacts in malls/office....so girls, based on ur instinct what do u think is more likely....i am weird looking/dressing or they might be liking/interested....and please pardon if it came across as self obsessed..
