How do I convince my parents to let me stay on computer?

I bought and own myself a laptop and i am on it alot my parents say im addicted and need to take a break when i dont wanna. they say i need to get out more even though i have friends over 24/7 and jump on my tramp at least 2hrs a day i need help convincing them i dont need to get off laptop
