How do I sharpen the new bridge I bought for my violin?

I just bought this new bridge for my violin because my old one is all bent, but the shop that sold it sells them all thick at the top and not sharpened, and when I asked they said they don't sell pre-cut bridges nor do they know how to cut them. So can I do this myself? Or if not, where can I go? Would woodcarvers know how to sharpen them? pls help. I really miss playing my violin.
