I am looking for a crochet (NOT KNITTING!) pattern for a Buffalo Bill's sweater that will fit a teddy bear.?

I wanted to crochet (NOT KNIT!) a Teddy Bear wearing a Buffalo Bill's jersey and would either like a sweater pattern, or a pattern for an emblem I could attach to a sweater. Does anyone know anything I could use?
